Gour Krishna comes from a family of musicians. He was born in a yoga community in London and grew up with the tradition of kirtan.

He has been singing and playing the harmonium and mrdanga (traditional Indian drum) since a young age and his main inspiration is his teachers who teach him the profundity of kirtan.

He travels all over the world – America, Europe, Asia and Africa – sharing kirtan with thousands of people.
